DermaHarmony combines 2% pyrithione zinc with a shea-butter soap base to address itching and flaking associated with dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis. Shea butter, oatmeal and vitamin E distinguish its feel from the original zinc bar. It brings targeted medicated care into a lathering wash step.
Choosing this version
The shea-butter version has a different soap base from DermaHarmony’s original zinc bar. Shea and cocoa butter are included in the cleansing base, alongside oat flour and vitamin E. It is a rinse-off option for the itching and flaking associated with dandruff and seborrhoeic dermatitis, not a leave-on moisturiser.
How to use
Use on affected areas in place of ordinary soap. Work up a lather with warm water, massage onto the affected skin and rinse well. The manufacturer recommends at least twice weekly. Let the bar drain and dry between uses.
Before you use it
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs. Stop use if you experience severe burning or sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children.
