Trideer 9 Inch Pilates Ball with Inflation Straw

Small 9 inch Pilates ball

A compact exercise ball for Pilates, barre, toning and other floor work. It is made from PVC and has a slightly textured surface to help it stay put. It inflates by mouth using the included straw, so no pump is needed.

Key features

• 9 inch diameter, designed to stay soft and squishy when fully inflated
• Slightly textured, non-slip surface
• Described by the manufacturer as anti-burst
• Compact and lightweight for storing or travelling
• Used for Pilates, barre, toning and rehab-style exercises

What is included

• 1 x 9 inch Pilates ball
• 2 plugs
• 2 inflation straws
• 1 plug remover

How to use

Inflate through the straw, then insert the plug promptly to limit air loss. The ball may feel softer in its first week of use, so you may need to add more air; after that it should hold its size.

Before you choose

Avoid leaving the ball on wooden furniture for long periods. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.
