Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle, Portable Postpartum Bidet

Upside down peri bottle for postpartum care

The Frida Mom Upside Down Peri Bottle has an angled neck so it sprays upward while you hold it comfortably, with no need to twist your wrist or lean into an awkward position.

A narrow nozzle puts the water where you aim it, and squeezing harder gives more pressure.

Key features

• Angled neck sprays upward for comfortable use
• Steady, targeted stream from a narrow nozzle
• Squeeze harder for more pressure
• Suggested uses include rinsing after birth, gentle cleaning after a C-section and freshening up during your period
• From Frida Mom (Fridababy)

How to use

Unscrew the top and fill the bottle with warm water or your preferred solution, taking care not to overfill. Hold the bottle upside down with the nozzle pointing down, position it where needed and gently squeeze to spray. After each use, wash the bottle and nozzle with soap and water. Hand wash only (not dishwasher safe) and air-dry fully standing upside down.
