Each capsule contains a proprietary postpartum probiotic blend with 25 billion CFU, including Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bacillus coagulans and Bifidobacterium longum. It also provides 200 mg ashwagandha root extract, 150 mg lemon balm leaf extract and 100 mg chamomile flower extract.
