How to use

Adults and children 12 years and over: apply at least a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening), or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas. Do not swallow. Children under 12: ask a dentist.

Before you choose

• Do not use for sensitivity longer than four weeks unless recommended by a dentist.
• Stop use and ask a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens.
• Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for brushing is swallowed, get medical help right away.
• Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth; adequate brushing may prevent this.
• US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Stannous fluoride 0.454% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion) - anticavity, antigingivitis, antisensitivity.
