How to use

Adults and children aged 12 and over: apply at least a 1-inch strip to a soft-bristle toothbrush and brush all sensitive areas thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice a day (morning and evening), or as recommended by a dentist. Do not swallow. Children under 12: ask a dentist.

Before you choose

• Do not use for sensitivity for longer than four weeks unless recommended by a dentist. Stop use and ask a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens.
• Keep out of reach of children. If more than a brushing amount is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison centre straight away.
• Products containing stannous fluoride may cause surface staining of the teeth; thorough brushing helps prevent this and any stains can be removed by a dentist.
• See your dentist regularly.
