Stir briskly into at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other liquid, shake in a closed jar for easiest mixing, and drink immediately. Add more liquid if too thick; drinking extra liquid helps. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount until your system adjusts. Only increase the daily amount gradually, after consulting a doctor.

Before you choose

Always take with at least a full glass of liquid; the label warns that taking it without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take it if you have difficulty swallowing or are allergic to any ingredient, and seek immediate medical attention if you have difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking it. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking any other drug, and take it at least 2 hours before or after other drugs. Do not use if the pull tab is open or damaged. Keep the lid tightly closed. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
